Daily Tour to the Botanical Garden & Traditional Village of Therisso
A half-day private experience focused on nature, scenery and authentic local culture. This tour combines a relaxing visit to one of the most beautiful natural settings with a scenic drive through one of the most impressive inland routes.
The experience begins at the Botanical Garden, located at the foothills of the White Mountains. Surrounded by lush greenery, the garden offers a peaceful environment where you can explore a wide variety of plants, aromatic herbs and local flora. Walking along the natural paths, you will discover different ecosystems while enjoying open views and a calm atmosphere.
The journey continues through the Therisso Gorge, a route known for its dramatic landscape, green slopes and natural formations. The drive itself is a key part of the experience, offering constantly changing scenery and a strong connection with the natural surroundings.
The tour concludes in the traditional village of Therisso, where you will stop at a local taverna and enjoy authentic Cretan dishes, including slow-cooked meats, fresh salads and local wine.
Pickup and drop-off are included from Chania and surrounding areas. The tour is private for groups of up to 8 people, accompanied by a local professional licensed English-speaking driver.
